I send bi-weekly messages to 2 different audiences in Heights. One audience is a small group of paying customers in our live support program. The 2nd is intended to be anyone who's ever had an interest in what we teach.

When I select the audience for the broader group I expected selecting "course" followed by one of our free courses to give me the largest audience but that did not turn out to be true. Course followed by one of my paid courses is bigger BUT I know that misses a lot of people.

How do I set the audience parameters to include everyone (who is subscribed)?

Hey Barb! To send an email campaign to everyone you have two options:

  1. You would create 2 duplicate email campaigns, one that goes to an audience of "Leads with no orders" and one that goes to "Any Purchase" to guarantee you are sending an email to everyone who is subscribed currently. (We plan on making this easier soon!)
  2. You can create an Event and schedule an email with that which goes to everyone, but if it isn't appropriate to mention it on your student dashboard, then the email campaign is best option.

Hope that helps!

Ahhh, now I get it! I thought the free courses would be considered orders but I actually had to grant them. Got it! Now everyone shows up with the Any Purchase audience.

Thank you!
