When a bundle is setup as a membership, is there a way to do a 7 day free trial? With or without the CC?
Within the bundle is there a way?
Tx!

Hi Barb!
Currently there is not a way to offer a free trial on bundles. From data we have seen, a customer friendly refund policy outperforms free trials even with a credit card upfront. We wrote some about this here:

Visa/Mastercard have strict rules in customer communication if you collect a credit card upfront. If you do not properly communicate in all the right places at all the right times, you risk not only disputes from customers, but getting shut down from processing with that card vendor.
It is much easier to spin up a test with a strong 7-day or 30-day refund guarantee, and while slightly less customers may signup, more of them will stay subscribed.
We might offer an option to collect a card upfront on a trial in the future if we can automate all the required communication for creators to ensure they don't miss something.
Hope that helps!

Thanks! What works well for me is to allow someone to join a live coaching session once at no cost and if they like it then they get live access and the course. A course/bundle or product with 7 days of access would solve this dilemna, I think?
I only want them to have access to a single live coaching session.

Got it! In that case, we do something similar with our live workshops!
We have a hidden bundle for a free single workshop access that speakers can promote, and we only use this with a coupon code link so it is free. Then yes, we use the days of access feature to expire access.
So you are right, you can do that with a second bundle and members can choose to pay and upgrade to the full bundle membership at any time.
