Hi,
I wanted to know if there was a way for installments payment be a set up base on weeks and not months. From what I can tell when creating a bunble and setting up installment paymenys it goes by month. Could this be done by weeks or event be course module?

Hey @robert-johnson at this time installment plan payments can only be set to be monthly. While it could be technically possible for us to add a weekly feature, for most students purchasing a course, putting the full payment on a credit card would be easier than worrying about weekly payments. Have you found many potential customers asking you for a weekly payment option?
You could separate your modules into multiple courses and sell them separately plus all together in a bundle so that your customers could decide if they want to purchase one at a time, or buy the entire bundle at once.

Hi @heights-platform thanks for the prompt reply.
My course will be on the short side only 6 weeks long and to combat procrastination from students, there is not lifetime access. I do not want to make funds a barried so I wanted to provide multiple payment options so installements that are on a weekly basis make more sense.
The idea of using the bundle would work is I can lock of drip corses so that students still completement them in order. Can something like that be done in bundle? I can I force a squence and completion before moving from course to course?

If you are starting everyone at the same time for these 6 weeks, you could either use Challenges instead of Courses, or you could set a launch date on each course in the bundle which could make it so each course is available a week after the previous.
Additionally, if your customers will be in the US, we automatically offer PayPal's pay later feature when you have PayPal enabled on your checkout. This means students can pay over 6 months with 0% interest, but as a creator you get the full payment up front and don't have to worry if the student doesn't pay because it is up to PayPal to collect the full payments.

I have a similar issue (wanting to offer weekly instalments). If I try running it as a challenge instead, is there a way to easily copy and transfer the content of a course to a challenge? Rather than having to literally do it all over again?

@amanda-meyer yes, you can either drag and drop the lessons between in your climb outline, or when editing a lesson at the top right select the "move" option from the "three dot" menu and move it to the challenge. Heights will automatically convert the lesson from a course lesson to a challenge lesson when you do this!
