Looking for a work around for a bundle item

In one of my free bundles I include ONE chance to attend a free live coaching session.

To make this work, I manually add the free session to the bundle when I offer it in a presentation and then after the date has passed, I manually remove it.

I need to remove it because it is the actual digial product that has the link to the weekly coaching session.

Is there a way to add an item to the bundle that expires? The course within the bundle does not expire. It is just the one calendar item that I was to expire.

Hi Barb! So you can set a bundle to expire, but that expires all content in it. You could also set the digital product to expire, but that is overridden by the bundle settings when it is included in a bundle.

The two options you have now are:

1. Revoke the digital product from these members manually after they book a session.
2. Give them a coupon code for getting the digital product for free as part of the bundle (such as in the bundle welcome email or a lesson) instead of giving them the product in the bundle directly, and then you can have an expiration time on the digital product itself based on the date they redeem the coupon for it so it will automatically expire.

Would either of those options work for you?
