People signing up but not buying?

I have had a few people signing up but not buying anything! Does this happen to anyone else? I ended up deleting them because I was worried about what they were doingm=, and why!

Hi @kay-ross, sounds like you don't have any free products, so you are wondering why you are seeing signups if they haven't purchased anything, right?

If someone makes it through the first step of your checkout, but doesn't complete a purchase, we save their account so that you can see this, and so what we would recommend doing is reaching out to those new students between 1 and 24 hours after they signup to ask them if they had any questions or issues purchasing.

While occasionally you may get some random signups that wouldn't become customers, some of them might also be hot leads that will buy once they hear from you.

Even if you have deleted these students already, you can still go back to the email notification you received when they signed up to find their email address and reach out to them if it is recent and you believe there is a chance that they might become a customer.
