With the release of Challenges, and features email announcements, automated email sequences in challenge lessons, and more, this is our biggest update of the year!

Challenges - Like a course, Challenges contain lessons for your students to complete. Challenges differ by having a fixed calendar start and end date for all students, plus lessons that have calendar release dates and the ability to lock or expire shortly after their release date. Challenges are a powerful learning tool and a great marketing tool. Learn all about Challenges in our launch announcement video, and find a tutorial video on how to set up your own challenge in our knowledge base.
Automated Lesson Email Sequences - Every Challenge lesson can send out an automated launch email to all students enrolled in the challenge. Optionally write a custom email to go along with every one of your lessons. Use this to notify students as new Challenge lessons are released and keep students better engaged with your content. Send unlimited lesson release emails to your students without any third-party email software!
Lesson Comments on Challenge Lessons - Since Challenge lessons will only be available to students for a short time, a comment section can be much more beneficial and relevant to students. By default, you and your students are able to comment on lessons in your challenge. Commenting can also be disabled on a per-challenge basis when you don’t want to use it.
Restart Challenges - It is great to be able to set up a schedule for a challenge, but what happens when the Challenge is over? We’ve added an automated restart feature so you can easily run your challenges again in the future! Simply set a new launch date and Heights will automatically calculate the new challenge end date, new lesson release dates, and schedule your lesson launch emails to send again.
Announcement Emails - Want to send an email to all of your students without having to export your student list to a separate email software? You can now select the option of sending a scheduled announcement as an email to all students in your program. Easily compose text-based emails to bulk email your students, directly from Heights.
Upsells - Previously, you could only create an upsell if you were charging for a single paid membership enrollment. Now you can create an upsell on any product inside Heights! When editing a course, challenge, digital product, or bundle, select “Has Upsell” and then pick the product you would like to be your upsell and the price you’d like it to be available for. You could upsell the same course or product multiple times with different prices, by selecting it across as many products as you like within your program.
Introducing “Contacts” - All Heights subscription plans now include “contacts”. With the introduction of these new email features like Announcement Emails and Automated Lesson Release Emails, you can send unlimited emails to students in your program, as long as your total students (active and inactive) are within your contact limit.
